How to manage time for all the works? This is a question I get asked a lot in our media community. I tell them, don't do all the work as a boss. Yes, work less.

Yes, I'm telling right. Don't do all the work. Do the hard work.

But get the job done from team and technology. Right? So we do everything like a superhero. We become a hero.

Sorry, don't be the superhero. Be the producer to create superheroes. Not one hero.

So what to do? Build a team who build a business. Ask me, how can I do all the works? As a boss, why you should do all the works? This is the first question. The question itself is wrong, right? We have a lot of work.

Build a team. Build the people who build business. Bring the product which solves the customer's problems and give you more profits.

Use the technology which can take from local to anywhere in the world. Once I was doing coaching. I was doing it in Nalaguda.

4,600 sq.ft office. In 2010, when coaching was still open in Bangalore, I spent 50 lakhs and did 4,600 sq.ft auditorium. I didn't have the technology.

Today, just being at my residence office, I have a laptop and a camera. In Karnataka, I didn't have the technology. So as a boss, I did everything.

What to do? Three things. Have the best product which meets the customer with the right method. Next.

Use the technology. We don't have to do everything. Third.

Have people who work and make things happen. These are the three things we have to do as a boss. Rest, everything will happen.
