About Dr. Mohamed:
Dr. Mohamed is the Founder & CEO of “Tanmyah Group” for Management Consulting & Training with a mission to “Inspiring People & Organizations to Accelerate Growth & Achieve Excellence”.
For more than 27 years, Dr. Mohamed has led & contributed to various projects to assess organizational performance, improve effectiveness and create GREAT customers' & employees’ experiences. in GCC, the Middle East, and Africa.
Previously Mohamed worked for Zain Group in Kuwait & Bahrain, Vodafone Egypt, Arthur Andersen, Beyout Investment Group, and Pacer Consulting.
Mohamed has a Ph.D. in Organizational Change Management and a Masters's degree in Total Quality Management from the Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University, Egypt.
Mohamed is a Certified Executive & Team Coach at Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching. He is also the Founder of HR Leaders Kuwait, Quality & Excellence Middle East, and Kata School Middle East.
For the past 17 years, he has been a recognized speaker & lecturer at many conferences in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
