It’s the Noisy Boys making all the noise. A sizeable posse of repBEERobates assembled pre match to impart their words of wisdom (most predicting an Albion win (hmm)). There were pod debuts aplenty in the form of Wedge, Brian The Geordie Seagull and some gloating Spuds fan in corporate, but it was not to be for the beautiful team this time, exiting this year’s competition courtesy of a 3-1 defeat in The Smoke.
There was also time for a nice little post match debate on the mercenary scale of tolerance of football fans in relation to disreputable owners, a classic late night pub topic I’m sure you’ll agree!
