She has specialized in immigration law for over 15 years and worked for the two largest immigration providers in the world EY and Fragomen. She currently works as the Australia and New Zealand Director for Talent Beyond Boundaries, a global not for profit organisation working to unlock skilled migration pathways for refugees and other displaced people. She is leading the roll out of the Skilled Refugee Labour Agreement pilot program in Australia to move 200 families on employer sponsored skilled migration visas which was codesigned with by Talent Beyond Boundaries with the Department of Home Affairs.
