My guest in Episode 5 is Monika McGillicuddy, a true ProAge Baby Boomer woman! She is a seasoned New Hampshire real estate broker, instructor, speaker, and coach with a passion for guiding clients and students alike. As a wife, mother, and grandmother, she enjoys walking on the beach, camping, riding bicycles, photography, and traveling.

I know Monika does a lot of travel because I see her on her journeys and I'm green with, with envy. As a social media trailblazer, Monica manages not one but multiple YouTube channels and remains active across most social media platforms. She's also a skincare enthusiast who loves to share tips for leading an active, vibrant lifestyle and staying young at heart.

On her beauty and lifestyle channel, Monica offers reviews shares her personal journey with weight loss fitness and aging gracefully.

Monika and I discuss the five pillars of health and wellness which include Mindset nutrition, sleep, physical activity and stress Management. These are all components of health of wellness to really be at your best life.
