Have you been grieving and hurting because no one knows how badly you feel? It takes time and space to grieve well, but too often our grief is rushed whether by our own shame about grief or others pushing us to stop grieving. Drawing from her own experience with grief, Natasha Smith talks with Barb about what it means to grieve and to give ourselves permission to sit with our grief so that we can heal in healthy ways.
