Christopher began killing black males in Buffalo and the New York area at large, Payton S. Gendron drove 200 miles, and invested months of time planning to murder as many black people as possible. He shot 13 people, killing 10 black victims. He was taken into custody without incident and may be charged with "hate crimes." NY lawmakers are pondering resurrecting the death penalty as a result of this White massacre. Also this week, a White man in Georgia was charged with felony hate crimes for shooting at numerous retail stores where black people work and shop.
