BJJ and Brews Episode 52: Priit Mihkelson talks OFFENSE?!

A couple weeks after their initial conversation, Noah reunites with Priit via a video call to record a second podcast. In this podcast, Noah's goal is to guide the conversation into topics that Priit doesn't typically touch on. Noah opens by asking Priit about his opinion on strength and conditioning. Then, the majority of the conversation focuses on offense and how to play the top game. Noah midway through the discussion, Noah asks Priit the direct question, "How can someone counter the way you roll, i.e. defeat your defensive systems and postures?" Towards the end, Noah asks Priit about some of his favorite experiences from traveling the world giving seminars.

Priit is a black belt in Jiu-Jitsu and is the head coach at 3D Treening in Tallinn, Estonia. He is a regular instructor at BJJ Globetrotter camps and travels frequently to BJJ schools around world to give seminars. His latest venture is DefensiveBJJ.com, a subscription-based service that gives access to tons of educational content that focuses on the defensive side of jiu-jitsu. This includes Priit's defensive systems, postures, and late submission escapes. In addition, subscribers can upload their rolling footage and Priit will review and narrate it for you. Priit is also famous for his Estonian humor and his ardent opposition to clapping during Jiu-Jitsu class.
