Néstor Isidro Pérez Salas aka El Nini was arrested by Mexican authorities on Wed. in Mexico city. El Nini was on the United States list of most wanted drug dealers and he was also a high value target for the Mexican government. Now that he is in custody, there are other concerns that the Mexican government must contend with such as infighting within the Sinaloa cartel, and the violence that comes with it.
