Aaron is married and a father of 4 girls, accomplished business leader with a career that's spanned some of the greats like BearingPoint, British Telecom, and Cisco. Aaron has also been running for 40+ years including finishing Moab 240 this year. Aaron and Adam met for the first time somewhere around mile 80 of their 240 mile journey through the desert and continued to build a friendship over the next 160 miles. Aaron highlights the importance of curiosity in helping both achieve and work through hard things in life in business and how important it is to put the work in. This is a conversation that explores the human side of leadership, joy, and the inspiration Aaron gets from and provides to his family.
