I've hit up some old and new beauty friends for a brilliant line up and I can't wait to share it with you. Today, my guest is founder of The Blow and From The Memo, Phoebe Simmonds. She's sharp, intelligent, resilient and sitting down with her, it's quickly apparent why she is so highly regarded and liked in the beauty industry. Our chat was just a few days before COVID-19 took over the world. We talked about what she learned working in beauty and marketing all over the world for top brands including LMVH, Benefit (and even a Bono-affiliated beauty brand), the reality of burnout when you're building a business, having Julia Gillard in for a blowdry, and the sunscreen that got her on the SPF train.
