In this episode I had a great interview with Simon Brady from Anglia Advisors. Originally from London, Simon spent over 25 years in an institutional currency and equity derivatives trading environment both in the financial district of London and on Wall Street. He began his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ education in 2010 at New York University and earned my CFP® designation.
Simon worked for the United Nations as a financial advisor for a while and in 2016 registered his own independent firm, Anglia Advisors, and began providing full-time fee-only personal finance consulting and investment management services.
His practice focuses on three main demographics:
- Individuals, couples and families aged in their 20s, 30s and early 40s
- Aged 50 and under; "Suddenly Single" individuals, coming out of recent divorce or premature, unexpected widowhood
- Aged 50 and under; Foreign national individuals, couples or families living and working in the US on visas and green cards
