What a wonderful conversation with my former student who strangely enough did not choose German to pursuit at university but his other love: history. As we were reaching out to former A level students for a display, we heard from Nico and I remembered what a wonderful connection he has to Tottenham and it turns out that a few of his research interests overlapped with Tottenham, too. We had a great discussion of his research and background in the Greek Cypriot community, the anti apartheid movement and its link to Haringey and I was then interested in his view on diversity at university in particular at Cambridge. Hope you find it as informative as me!
