I saw a video a while back now and i made this cast about it. Now feels like a good time to slot it in. Everyone's struggling with lockdown number 3ish. Its january 2021 if you are reading this in the future, when there is so much that we feel we can't do in our lives having that mindset that means we can be happy in the moment. How could i not share something like that.
