She is an author who released her first book, “It Starts With You,” in 2020. Also, an intuitive business consultant, dōTERRA leader, and celebrant (celebrating all of life), she lives for the expansiveness under the stars on a cloudless night or waking up to see the sunrise over the ocean.
Kaitlyn is obsessed with embodiment, efficiency, health, and habits because she believes these elements create a healthier, longer, and more joyful life.
