There is a shortage of foster care parents in Utah. Governor Spencer Cox said he has the goal of having Utah be the first state where there is a waiting list of parents waiting for children instead of children waiting for parents. KSL Newsradio's Amanda Dickson asked her guests what they think about this on A Woman's View.
