We're told to always look for that silver lining in the clouds, or in the words of Monty Python, to "always look on the bright side of life." Kidding aside, being optimistic can sometimes feel like an uphill battle. It's essential to try and maintain an upbeat attitude as studies show that being happy has real benefits for our mental, physical, and emotional well-being. Is it possible, however, to be TOO optimistic? Can too much of a good thing be bad for us? The answer to both questions is yes. While being positive has its benefits, too much or unrealistic optimism can be detrimental to certain situations. Join me for this episode where I discuss the advantages of being optimistic and the risks associated with being too rosy in your outlook. As the saying goes, "everything in moderation!" In this episode I’ll be discussing how we can create a happier life and promote overall wellness by cultivating a life centered on being thankful. Merriam-Webster defines gratitude as “The state or quality of being grateful or thankful; a warm and friendly feeling in response to a favor or favors received; thankfulness.” We can experience these feelings in response to an act of kindness, assistance we may receive. Sometimes we feel grateful for gift we may receive, or we feel thankful for our family and loved ones. Gratitude is the positive response that we feel to all these things, and now there is proof via studies and emerging research that practicing gratitude provides us with tangible psychological and physical benefits that have a positive impact on our quality of life and well-being in general. Gratitude also contributes to a healthy company culture and workplace environment. So settle in and join me as we explore the power of gratitude in transforming our lives. Send us a text…

It's a reality, and the best part about it is that you are in total control of the process. As James Altucher once said, “Every day, you reinvent yourself. You’re always in motion. But you decide every day: forward or backward.” Are you ready to move forward? Join me for this episode where I'll provide practical tips and insight into how you can create your new reality.
