After nearly ten years of blogging, podcasting, and creating videos for Prepper Guy, I’m stepping away from this chapter of my journey. I started this platform inspired to share my prepping experiences, lessons learned from preparing for life’s uncertainties. What began as a spark grew into a vibrant community, and I’m deeply grateful for every comment, question, and connection we’ve shared. One moment stands out when a viewer transform his life by losing weight while listening to one of my Podcasts. That kind of impact, rooted in our shared values, is what I’ll carry with me always. At this stage of my life, I’ve come to feel that the old ways of prepping may no longer hold the same weight in a rapidly changing world. My hope is that my minimalist philosophy, focusing on simplicity, intention, and resilience, has helped you approach prepping with a calmer, more grounded perspective. While I’m stepping back from this site, I’ll still share occasional thoughts and content on YouTube and Substack, so we’re not saying goodbye forever. Thank you for walking this path with me.
