Are you (or someone you love) struggling with anxiety, depression, or thoughts of suicide? Exhausted from the emotional pain? For over 20 years, I’ve struggled with the very same things. At one point, I was hurting SO bad, I nearly attempted to end my life. But an unmistakable last-minute impression changed everything. I realized that I was worth something, and that my life was worth living. Those facts are true for you too! Before that experience, I would have sworn on a stack of Bibles that my future was utterly hopeless. But after 25 years of marriage to my beautiful wife, and 7 wonderful children later, I thank God I didn’t follow through with what would have been the biggest mistake of my life. I won’t lie and tell you that my mental health is perfect now, or profess to have the solution to every mental health problem on the planet. But I will tell you that after more than two decades, I have become intimately familiar with the principles that are at the heart of mental wellness, and I work my tail off to live them every single day. If you’re hurting deeply like I was, and if you’re willing to work hard to change, I’d love to be your guide on an unforgettable journey to regaining your hope, inner peace, and joy.”
