Obeying God is only easy when a person's own timing matches God's. Feel Thankful Gap Ingratitude The recipient is always aware. The culprit is rarely aware. Not feeling something. Unexpressed gratitude is experienced as ingratitude. Luke 17:11-19 // Now on his way to Jerusalem, Jesus traveled along the border between Samaria and Galilee. 12 As he was going into a village, ten men who had leprosy met him. But while Joseph was there in the prison, the Lord was with him. As a follower of Jesus, even haters help make my purpose happen. When life is unfair, it is to my advantage to: Choose Forgiveness Genesis 50:15 // When Joseph’s brothers saw that their father was dead, they said, “What if Joseph holds a grudge against us and pays us back for all the wrongs we did to him?” Genesis 50:18-21 // His brothers then came and threw themselves down before him. “We are your slaves,” they said. But Joseph said to them, “Don’t be afraid. Am I in the place of God? You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives. So then, don’t be afraid. I will provide for you and your children.” Unfair scenarios happen to the best of us, but they don’t have to get the best of us.
