Koda the Koala is tired — like, eyelids-drooping, brain-melting, koala-on-the-verge-of-collapse tired.
But there’s just one problem…
His brain will. not. stop. It's so noisy in there.

In this gently silly and soothing sleep story, Koda tries everything to get his bedtime brain to chill out. With a little help, some slow breathing, and the reminder that it's okay to feel a little wobbly at night, Koda finally learns how to feel safe, seen, and settled — just as he is.

Perfect for those little overthinkers, big feelers, and any child who needs a soft landing at the end of the day.

Hi, I’m Steph — a mum to a sensitive little guy and an integrative therapist who works with kids to regulate their nervous systems (as well as adults!). I know how important it is that every child feels safe, seen, and loved just as they are. I created Steph and the Sleepytime Crew to help kids wind down with stories that spark giggles, build confidence, and support emotional and social wellbeing — one bedtime at a time.
