Based on The Unstuck Group’s most recent data, 53% of churches have gone through a restructure involving multiple staff positions within the last two years.

And it can go so wrong; unwise restructuring can lead to churches…

  • Retaining people who aren't a good fit for far longer than is healthy—and letting toxicity grow.

  • Allowing ministry silos to develop and misalignment to grow, undercutting the ministry God has called you to do.

  • Allowing failures in character, chemistry, competence or culture to go unaddressed.

  • Letting people continue in key areas of responsibility when the ministry has outgrown their leadership capacity.

In their “How to Restructure Wisely” webinar last month, Tony Morgan and Amy Anderson simplified what it takes to restructure with wisdom and grace—and they are sharing the event replay with us.
