18. The Spring Sprint: A Season for Intentional Progress on Your Long Term Goals

On today’s episode, we talk about going into the spring season! To me, March marks the beginning of spring and I like to leverage the power of how we feel in the spring with growth and renewal as a time for creating momentum and progress on goals we set for 2024. So I look at March, April, and May, those 12 weeks, as a spring sprint. I’ll share my process for looking at those long term goals and to use this time to embrace and leverage this spring sprint season towards the progress I want to make.
