In the hundred and thirty-fourth episode of Collecting Real Estate, we interviewed Colin Young and Madi Bedoeva.
Colin is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, Investor, and Creative Entrepreneur in New York's Capital Region. Having worked for nearly a decade in construction project management, Colin has had the opportunity to work on many notable commercial construction projects from Albany to Boston. In May of 2020 Colin decided to transition his career away from construction management to pursue his dream of creating amazing spaces for people to live and enjoy through his own investment projects.
Madina is a full-time real estate investor with a professional background in criminal justice. Having worked most recently for the New York State Department of Labor Property office, Madina has had the opportunity to participate in vital property management functions from commercial leasing to maintenance coordination of 92 NYS DOL sites. After seeing the limitless opportunities provided through real estate investing, Madina made the decision to transition full-time into the real estate business in October of 2022.
