Psalm 127:3-4

Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb a reward. Like arrows in the hand of a warrior are the children of one's youth. Blessed is the man who fills his quiver with them!

Parenting is a lot of work but I want you to know the Bible says having kids is a blessing. But sometimes blessing’s can be confused with burdens because they are both heavy. Parenting is heavy because God is a father, and He has the heart of a mother, and that imagery which your kids see in you is going to be projected on God. Your kids will get to an accurate picture of God because of you or they will have to get there in great difficulty, in spite of you…

We need to be in the business of raising kids like arrows. To be sent out! To push darkness back! To storm the gates of hell! To make some noise!

The bible says kids are Arrows, arrows are weapons and we are at war.

This is the most, seat belted, air bagged, peanut avoiding, gluten free, sun screen lathering, massively medicated, password protected, inoculated generation in history. Where are the arrows? There is no greater weapon then the next generation. So how do we raise kids to be arrows?

To overcome and not be overcome? To win the war and not become victims of it?

Proverbs 22:6: Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.
