4.) More Energy - Early birds get better sleep quality because they have more chances of completing all stages of the sleep cycle. Thus, improving physical and mental well-being.

5.) Improves Skin - A rough nights sleep can show fine lines, wrinkles, paleness or swoolen skin.

6.) Better Mood - People who wake up early often have more positive thoughts that those who sleep in late.

7.) Healthier Diet - People who wake up early generally don’t skip breakfast. Skipping breakfast leads to poorer eating habits throughout the day.

8.) Time To Yourself - Waking up early allows you quality time to yourself. Especially if you live with other people or have a family.
