The 1st crime we cover discusses an Austrian man who is fined for "gassing up" a couple of police officers in an attempt to get a funny video for Twitter. The 2nd crime is all about a landlord who is caught on camera sneaking into his tenant's apartment and sniffing her panties and then folding them back up and placing them back.
