She began to study medicine, learned the language, and gave back to the community by joining the Navy. Her first real estate experience was purchasing a duplex in 2006. Slowly, she became aware of the power of real estate and passive income. After paying a $250,000 student loan debt in 18 months, she made it her goal to diversify her portfolio and educate herself on what it takes to achieve financial freedom.
