A former podcast host, and someone who loves to dive deep on any topic, Dom joins me on this episode to discuss the costs of remaining a people pleaser, and the mental prisons we build to avoid confrontation.
I personally was laughing the entire conversation with Dom when we recorded it, and again when I was playing it back during editing.
