We all dream. Every night. Whether we remember them or not. And maybe — just maybe — those dreams aren’t random, ridiculous, or irrelevant. Maybe they’re trying to tell us something we’re too distracted, too busy, or too burned out to hear while we’re awake. Here to help us decode the language of dreams is Dr. Bonnie Buckner — founder of the International Institute for Dreaming and Imagery®, executive coach, faculty director at GWU’s Center for Excellence in Public Leadership, and author of The Secret Mind: Unlock the Power of Your Dreams to Transform Your Life . She’s spent her career teaching people how to use dreaming and imagery for personal growth, leadership, and creative breakthroughs . We explore: Why your dreams are worth paying attention to (even the weird ones) The science and strategy behind using dreams for personal development How feelings and subconscious wisdom can point to answers What to do if you don’t remember your dreams Why slowing down might be the key to speeding up your clarity Because what if the clarity you're chasing isn't out there — it's already in you, waiting for you to slow down, shut off, and tune in? A heartwarming and wholesome children’s audio drama series. Join Old Mrs. Moody and her friend Catbaloo as they set off on amazing adventures: rescuing a lost, rain-soaked kitten, taking a piglet to the zoo to meet a hippopotamus, or discovering who’s hiding inside a hollow tree. Sometimes their journeys lead to fabulous and faraway places. They cheer for a seahorse in an underwater race in the Coral Sea, camp at Possum Creek for fishing and animal tracking, and ride in a time machine to deliver mail with the Pony Express and help the Wright Brothers spin the propeller on the very first flying machine. Each story runs about fifteen minutes—just the right length for little listeners—and is perfect entertainment for car rides, school pickup lines, waiting at the doctor’s office, quick trips through the grocery store, or a quiet rainy day. No-screen listening sparks imagination and creativity—key building blocks for tomorrow’s artists, innovators, and storytellers. So press play and let the adventures begin! When Charlotte and her small pony, Sonora, enter the horse race at the county fair, no one thinks they can win. Sonora is much smaller than all of the other horses. But when Old Mrs. Moody and Catbaloo overhear Charlotte speaking words of encouragement to her pony - "I love you, pony. You have everything you need to win!" - they sit down with a bag of popcorn to watch the exciting race. Oh, what a thrill when they realize that it was Charlotte's words of encouragement that gave Sonora the hope and the will that she needed to win! What a race; what a race! The things we say can either be encouraging or discouraging. This story provides great examples of how the words we choose to use can make all the difference. Words are powerful! Come and listen to the story and enjoy the sounds and excitement of the county fair! I truly hope you enjoy the listen! As always, it is my pleasure to create these audio dramas for you and your precious littles! /sb veskerna…
