Let’s talk about adulting— actual adulting. Not just paying bills or keeping a houseplant alive, but the kind that involves emotional maturity, healthy boundaries, and conscious self-leadership. Because let’s be honest, most of us weren’t taught how to be fully functioning adults… and it shows. Joining us is Michelle Chalfant , licensed therapist turned holistic life coach, creator of The Adult Chair® model, and author of the new book The Adult Chair: Get Unstuck, Claim Your Power, and Transform Your Life . With millions reached through her podcast, coaching programs, and retreats, she’s here to walk us through the five pillars of being a healthy, grounded adult. Here’s the truth: being an adult isn’t about checking boxes or pretending you’re fine. It’s about owning your truth. Feeling your feelings. Practicing compassion without letting yourself off the hook. It’s about setting firm boundaries—with no need for justification—and recognizing that your triggers are not flaws, they’re clues. None of us were handed a guidebook for how to grow up emotionally. We inherited patterns from people who were figuring it out as they went. But what Michelle shares today is empowering: it’s never too late to unlearn what no longer serves you and become the adult you were meant to be. Whether you’re starting this work or knee-deep in your personal development era, this episode will meet you where you are—and help you move forward with clarity, self-trust, and strength. A Carolina Panthers Podcast. Alex Bryant hosts and primarily talks about nonsense and the Carolina Panthers. Mostly nonsense though…
All media makes more money by preying on our emotions. Even if our reactions come from a good place... they're usually still manipulations of a media source. Let's choose to think and be kind. Let's talk through this logically instead of just reacting and assuming we're right.
It's easy to see why the analysts don't see the Carolina Panthers as a division contender. It's up to us to look past the numbers and see why this team could be special.
The Carolina Panthers could've easily been a .500 team even with their awful injury luck. With the talent and depth they've added in the offseason the fanbase should stop putting a ceiling on this team. If they stay healthy they could be a force in 2025.
I go through the last six years of 1st and 2nd round WRs to not hit 500 receiving yards and show that every other team continued to add talent even if they liked the WR they drafted. The Carolina Panthers were smart to do the same.
Behind every great man there's a great... man? Brandt's role in the organization is so complicated that it's hard to see how incredible he is at his job. I try to simplify why he has been as amazing as Dan. I believe that together they can accomplish great things for the Carolina Panthers franchise.
I go through six Dan Morgan interviews and point out the clues that we could've taken to accurately predict what positions the Carolina Panthers were taking in the NFL draft.
We as fans continue to let the national media narratives replace our own independent thought. We are constantly surprised by logical results because we let the "expert's" divisive rendering replace our own independent thought. It's time to acknowledge this and change for the better as people and fans.…
Using what we know I found my top 3 most likely candidates to be WR1 in Carolina for 2025. Number 1 was obvious. Number 2 and 3 may come as a surprise.
In 2020 Marty Hurney decided to end the 2015 Super Bowl core for good. The biggest problem with that is is added millions in dead cap. The only plan I saw from Hurney was survival.
