It takes you over - spirit, soul and body. While losing a loved one to death is on the highest spectrum of grief, we also experience a deep sense of grief over the end of a marriage, job and other things that give life meaning. I have spoken here about how my family grieved the loss of a loved one and how I came out of it. I hope it helps you to develop their own "plan of coming out".
