In Episode Two of the Coaching Youth Football podcast we talk to Michael Nicoll of Brentwood Youth AFC about the practice of moving players up and down within a club, and much more. Brentwood Youth have a philosophy of 'football for all' and in this episode Michael talks about a lot of the good work that is going on at the club.
