Around 10% of the Filipino working population is abroad, with almost 6,000 Filipinos leaving the country every day. For Filipinos growing up in the diaspora, our motherland is a foreign land. Join Sulong UBC, Migrante BC, and Damayan BC, in collaboration with the BIPOC Extraordinary Working Group of the UBC Science Undergraduate Society, for our podcast exploring Filipino migration stories (kwentong migrante) in intergenerational dialogues between Filipino youth and migrant workers.
