Roberson was last seen on February 28, 2006, in downtown Fayetteville, Arkansas, specifically on Dickson Street, where he was enjoying time with friends in anticipation of celebrating Mardi Gras. Unfortunately, he began to feel unwell, prompting his friends to suggest that he return to their vehicle and wait for them to regroup. However, when they returned to the vehicle, they discovered that Roberson had vanished without a trace. Since that day, there has been no word from him, and the details surrounding his disappearance remain shrouded in mystery. In the wake of his disappearance, Roberson's family took immediate action by filing a missing persons report with the Siloam Springs Police Department. The department indicated that they had transferred the case to the Fayetteville Police Department on March 8, just five days after the initial report was made. However, the Fayetteville police have no documentation of such a transfer, leading to confusion and a lack of clarity regarding the investigation's jurisdiction.Compounding the situation, Roberson's mother submitted a separate missing persons report to the Fayetteville police, but they did not pursue an investigation, mistakenly believing that the Siloam Springs police were already handling the case. Meanwhile, the Siloam Springs Police Department assumed that the Fayetteville police were in charge. Adding to the complexity of Roberson's situation, he had two outstanding warrants for his arrest related to a forgery conviction and charges of being an accomplice in drug delivery. There is a theory suggesting that his disappearance may be linked to his potential testimony in a federal narcotics trial, raising the unsettling possibility that he may have been silenced. His case remains unresolved, leaving his family and friends in a state of uncertainty and heartache.…

On February 4, 2021, the staff at Sharon Public Schools became concerned when Sandra Birchmore failed to report to work for several consecutive days. Their worries prompted them to contact the police, who subsequently discovered her lifeless body in her apartment on that same day. Initial assessments by first responders indicated that she had likely been deceased for several days. Surveillance footage from February 1st revealed Birchmore moving in and out of her apartment during the afternoon, while a man named Matthew Farwell was seen entering the building later that evening and exiting approximately 30 minutes afterward. Tragically, when her body was found, she was still dressed in the same outfit she had worn earlier that day.Initially, Birchmore's death was classified as a suicide due to asphyxia. However, further investigation by federal authorities led to a significant shift in the case's direction. They concluded that her death was, in fact, a homicide, with allegations pointing to Matthew Farwell as the perpetrator. It was claimed that he had strangled Birchmore and then attempted to stage the scene to appear as a suicide, likely to conceal the nature of their relationship and the fact that she was pregnant. In August 2024, Farwell faced federal charges for murder, marking a pivotal moment in the ongoing investigation.Birchmore's tragic case has drawn comparisons to another notable investigation in Norfolk County, the Karen Read case. Both situations have raised serious concerns regarding potential misconduct by law enforcement and have sparked discussions about the thoroughness and integrity of the investigations carried out by local authorities. The similarities between the two cases highlight the need for accountability and transparency in the handling of such sensitive matters, as they not only affect the victims and their families but also the broader communities' trust in the justice system. #missingperson #podcast #searchingformissingpeople #truecrimecommunity #truecrimestories #sandrabirchmore #locatingthelost #unsolvedmystery #unsolvedcrime…

On the night of November 25, 2022, Samantha Humphrey, a teenager from Schenectady, left her home around 11 p.m. and made her way to Riverside Park, located in the Stockade neighborhood. Her mother, Jaclyn Humphrey, revealed that Samantha's departure was motivated by a desire to meet her ex-boyfriend, a relationship that had raised concerns among family members due to allegations of abuse. This troubling context set the stage for a series of events that would lead to a tragic outcome. That evening, tensions escalated between Samantha and her ex-boyfriend, culminating in a physical altercation. Reports indicate that during the confrontation, Samantha bit her ex on the arm, a desperate act that underscored the volatile nature of their relationship. This incident marked a pivotal moment in the timeline of her disappearance, as it was the last known interaction before she went missing, leaving her family and community in a state of distress and uncertainty. Three months later, in February 2023, the search for Samantha ended with the discovery of her body. An autopsy was conducted, but the results were inconclusive regarding the cause of death, prompting the Schenectady police to classify the case as a homicide investigation. The forensic pathologist's inability to determine a definitive cause may have been influenced by the possibility that her body had been submerged in the river for an extended period. Despite the lack of clarity surrounding her death, Samantha's family remains convinced that she was murdered, and they have recently provided updates on the ongoing search for her killer, including an increased reward for information leading to an arrest. On November 18, 1969, Fred Corrow, a resident of Dixfield, Maine, embarked on a solo student flight from Folsom's Flying Service in Greenville, piloting a rented Cessna 180, designated N9113T. Eyewitnesses later reported seeing him practicing float landings on Fitzgerald Pond, which is now known as Mountain View Pond. Tragically, Fred and his aircraft vanished without a trace, and despite extensive search efforts, no crash site was ever discovered, leaving a lingering sense of mystery and loss. There was a report suggesting that the aircraft was observed in a steep dive over a group of hunters, followed by a sound that was believed to be the impact on Moosehead Lake, an area known for its deep waters ranging from 60 to 80 feet. However, this account was dismissed by search teams at the time due to the absence of any floating debris or oil slick, which are typically indicators of an aircraft accident. This lack of physical evidence only deepened the enigma surrounding Fred's disappearance, leaving many questions unanswered. This evening, we have the privilege of speaking with aviation archaeologist Peter Noddin, who has dedicated countless hours to investigating this perplexing case. His relentless pursuit of the truth reflects a deep commitment to not only uncovering what happened to Fred Corrow but also to providing closure for his family and friends. Peter's work embodies the hope that one day, the mystery of Fred's fate may be resolved, allowing those who care for him to finally find peace.…

Ayla was temporarily placed in the care of her father, Justin DiPietro, by a Maine Department of Human Services employee named Karen Small. It has been reported by relatives that Small opted not to conduct a home visit before Ayla's placement, raising concerns about the decision-making process involved. At the time, Ayla's mother, Trista Reynolds, was nearby and claimed she was en route to a rehabilitation facility to address her heroin addiction. Tragically, Ayla was reported missing from her bed on December 17, 2011. DiPietro told the police that the last time he saw his daughter, she was dressed in green polka dot pajamas emblazoned with "Daddy's Princess" and had a soft cast on her left arm. At the time of her disappearance, two other individuals were present in the home: DiPietro's girlfriend, Courtney Roberts, and his sister, Elisha DiPietro. In May 2012, state police held a press conference to share updates regarding the investigation into Ayla's disappearance. Among the significant findings was the discovery of a substantial amount of blood in DiPietro's residence, which was confirmed to be over a cupful of Ayla's blood, located near DiPietro's bed. The investigators noted that the quantity of blood found was inconsistent with what would be expected from a minor injury, leading to heightened scrutiny of the circumstances surrounding her disappearance. Despite the alarming evidence, DiPietro remained silent about the incident for nearly three weeks, prompting Ayla's mother to accuse him of concealing critical information. Almost a year later, in October 2012, police conducted a second search of Messalonskee Stream for Ayla's remains after construction workers lowered the water level in the area. Unfortunately, this search yielded no new evidence. While DiPietro has not faced any charges related to Ayla's case, both state investigators and Trista Reynolds have voiced their suspicions regarding his transparency about the events leading to his daughter's disappearance. The ongoing investigation continues to cast a shadow over the family, as the search for answers remains unresolved…
