19 days Later and feeling the best I have in weeks, I want to share some more personal stuff with you guys so that I'm being completely transparent about my health and all the steps I have taken as well as steps I have turned down. As always please remember these are personal accounts and therefore what is expressed are mostly my opinions. Stay safe out there people and stay home! Still resting and trying to recover, here are a few things that have occupied my thoughts through Isolation: awesome bits of music and tv shows to get into, and looking at how the Nigerian people are reacting to the President on this issue . lol. yah. *please note this episode has some profanity and delicate ears may not approve. The human body loves routine. It works better that way, so whether you are dealing with a current health issue or otherwise, the reality is our usual life routines have been disrupted dramatically. It means we need to put new routines in place so that we can function at our optimum. That's what your body needs now more than ever in a time where it's quite likely that eventually many, many people will have to battle this disease. In this episode I tried to be a bit more specific about my routine which people asked about. Please remember that each individual is different and that what is working for me may not work for you, but this is what is getting me through this period. Other important things to note: I keep taking very high doses of vitamin c each day (between 6,000 and 8,000mg), I open all the windows and ensure my space is properly ventilated most times, I will gently excercise myself a bit each day (yoga works well for me because it requires a focus on breath which is key these days) and I cannot stress enough, ALLOW YOURSELF SLEEP! Especially being ill, when you sleep your body can work more efficiently on healing. It's especially hard now with the stress of negative news, but I do my best and I hope you do yours too!…
