Join host Julian Booker to hear a selection of music from around the globe that crosses cultures, genres and borders for a trip unlike any other on your radio dial. From acoustic roots, to contemporary electric sounds, Culture Caravan explores and celebrates what makes the people, places and, most of all, sounds of the world so unique, and in the process, makes it a little smaller for us all to enjoy! In addition to being the Sunday morning host of Sleepy Hollow at WXPN in Philadelphia, Julian's professional credits include his previous work as co-producer, writer, editor and audio engineer for Osiris Media's Festival Circuit: Newport Folk podcast with Carmel Holt and tour manager and front-of-house engineer for Marco Benevento. He still works in live music as Production & Special Projects Director for the Philadelphia-based live concert and event company, Rising Sun Presents. His love of international music is, in part, inspired by his international travels with his partner, Holly, including trips to Portugal, Vietnam, Japan, Colombia, and Mexico. He also enjoys spending time with his cat, Cleveland, and his dog, Neko.
