Barry first found music when he borrowed his sister's record collection when he was about eight and was hooked. When Caroline started it was a new beginning, and he listened to all the stations, but Caroline was his favourite by far. Later he became a singer in a band, then started doing discos when he was 18. Brooklyn based Mir Omar has made his mark as one of New York's leading electronic music artists, blending emotional, dreamy compositions with technical skill to define his style. His music resonates with both heart and precision, embracing the happy accidents created from layers of sounds moving and intertwining with each other, captivating audiences and achieving the recognition of a true craftsman of sound design.
