We are remembering NCL from it's humble beginnings that started to be a one-time filming of three Newport Rhode Island Original bands that turned into almost a hundred videos to date. Newport City Limits started on December 9th 2010 to be a winter event at Jimmy's Saloon to bring people out to the club. The plan was to film three local bands live and post the show on social media.
