The show airs live every Saturday from 9:30AM – 11AM on both YouTube and WVNN Huntsville, 92.5 FM, on Saturdays at 5:00 AM on WHIV New Orleans, 102.3 FM, and on Tuesdays at 5:00 PM on WZZA Muscle Shoals, 1410 AM, and as a widely available podcast.
