In Coldridge Penitentiary, rookie guard Arthur Grimstone stumbles upon a chilling secret in Cell 13: a glowing, skeletal man marked with arcane symbols. The warden reveals the cell was sealed decades ago after the "Butcher of Blackmoor" died there. As Grimstone investigates, he learns the man might be the Butcher back from the dead, using a forbidden ritual to cheat death. With the storm raging outside and darkness pressing in, Grimstone races against time to stop the Butcher before he unleashes hell upon Coldridge and the world.
