Max Strom is a global speaker, trainer, and author- known for teaching breathing patterns and personal transformation worldwide. His method is known to help alleviate anxiety, PTSD, and sleep disorder. He has authored 2 books, "A Life Worth Breathing", and "There is No App for Happiness".
Max has presented three TEDx events, and recently he presented at the World Government Summit in Dubai and the Inner Peace Conference in Amsterdam.
In this Podcast Wanda speaks with Max about the importancy of breath and how our emotions and our breath are always related. They speak about our modern day symptoms of anxiety, panic attacks and depression and why it is so important to feel all of our feelings and especially the hard ones. They speak about integrating childhood wounds in order to live a happy and healthy life.
