As a key member of the People Experience Team, Scansen has been instrumental in bringing forth new and innovative benefits for the organization’s 97,000+ employees. Under Scott’s leadership, Chipotle has introduced an average hourly wage increase, new tuition assistance program, Crew bonus program, and Annual Incentive Program (AIP).
