Compounding Effect of Weight Loss Habits

Your life is made up of lots of different habits.
Things you do over and over again.
Some are habits you like and do without thought because they give you results you enjoy.

But some are habits you hate.
It feels like you have no control.
You just automatically do certain things that add up to a result you don’t like.

Your weight is also made up of habits.
The way you eat.
What you eat.
How fast you eat.
When you eat.

You get the picture.

If you wish to change your weight, you are really wanting to change the habits that you currently practice.
And if you’re like most people, you think big.
You want to make big, sweeping changes.
And you want to make them yesterday.

And yet, as exciting as it feels to think about those big changes you are going to make, it’s harder than it looks.
And after a short time, you feel resistance to big change and give up.
This is where we use tiny habits, over time, that compound to give you big results.
