After transitioning out of the military, Rich spent 15 years as a retail banker before starting his journey as an entrepreneur. In 2023, Rich purchased Custom Marketing Solutions, a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and vertically integrated print marketing agency that caters to a diverse range of businesses and nonprofit organizations.
Rich discusses what motivated him to leave the banking industry and the specific steps he took to acquire a small business.
