Michael Kurilla, the leader of the U.S. Central Command that ISIS-K, is rapidly developing the ability to conduct “external operations” in Europe and Asia. Furthermore U.S. Border Patrol Chief Raul L. Ortiz testified before a House Immigration subcommittee hearing that the U.S, does not have operational control over the southern border, thus contradicting proviso statements by Alejandro Mayorkas the DHS Secretary.
