He is founder of the Matchbox Food Group, the Avalon Leadership Institute and now, thankfully, he has set his radar on reviving the Minute Man Hamburger brand. We will also get a fast food history lesson about Wes Hall, founder of Minute Man in 1948, who pioneered the use of the Radarange (microwave) in his restaurants to make his famous Radar Deep Dish Pies, and gave Magic Meals to kids before McDonalds had thought of it.
