Chelsea Pottenger is a motivational speaker and accredited mindfulness & meditation coach. She has a new book out now, called The Mindful High Performer, and as the founder of EQ Minds, has worked with many of the world’s leading brands such as eBay, Google, Telstra, CBA and Macquarie Bank to improve team wellbeing.


This chat goes deep as Chelsea talks about her breaking point. At the same time, she shares so much of what she’s learnt while building herself back up that you'll feel so empowered by the end of our chat.
