Featured in TIR Episode 337: Theo Williams, who has spent many decades traveling the world as a stage manager, production manager and in other key roles for several legendary R&B and funk acts. From 1977-1983, he took care of stage gear for Cameo; from 1985-1994, he helped keep things together for Kool & the Gang; and from 1995-2023, he progressed to production manager for Frankie Beverly and Maze. Others he worked with include Brick, Bootsy Collins and Larry Graham.

He is here to share some of his fascinating experiences, memories and behind-the-scenes insights. Note: guest's audio improves at the 27-minute mark.
