John C. Maxwell is one of my favorite authors. His books are filled with knowledge about leadership, and personal development. Everyone Communicates. Few Connect. is a book that changed my life, especially my professional life.

Rory Vaden's "Take The Stairs" was a good book that reminded me about the value of self-discipline. In today's world we tend to look for what is easy to do, because that is what our culture has been asked to create. "There's an app for that" has become a common phrase in our communications. This quote reminds me not to wait on taking action.
